Our REC Club Yoga Studio is a calming, light-filled space designed to support movement, mindfulness, and connection. Framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, the studio offers an airy, inviting atmosphere with adjustable LED lighting to help set the tone for anything from an energizing morning flow to a more restorative session. The space is equipped with a TV monitor, Bluetooth speakers, and an oil diffuser for an added sensory touch. We also provide 15 yoga mats, along with blocks and straps, making it easy to host guided classes, wellness workshops, and intentional group experiences.
